pembangunan produk makanan baru.. sem ni as a final year student, sy dan rakan2 diwajibkan mengambil subjek ni. kami dibahagikan kpd 10 group yg terdiri drpd 8 org setiap group dan dtugaskan utk membangunkan 1 produk makanan baru yg belum ada dipasaran ataupun inovasi produk makanan yg telah sedia ada dipasaran. kami diberikan masa selama 14 minggu untuk melaksanakan tugasan ni.. so setelah 14 mggu berpenat lelah, my group telah menghasilkan sejenis produk makanan baru yg dberi nama 'Yucca'. Yucca ialah aiskrim perisa tapai ubi bersama biji selasih. produk ini ialah hasil cetusan idea ahli group sy yg telah diformulasi selama hampir 14 minggu sebelum produk ini diperkenalkan pd hari sabtu lepas, 21st december 2013 on Launching Day for New Food Product Development, Faculty of Food Science and Technology,UPM. Bersama Yucca, terdapat 9 lg produk makanan baru yg telah dperkenalkan pd hr tersebut hasil ciptaan semua coursemate sy. walaupun produk Yucca tidak berjaya menjadi juara pd hr tersebut, sy dan juga ahli group sy, as a team sgt berbangga kerana telah berjaya menghasilkan produk kami sendiri yg mungkin suatu hr nnt akan mendapat tempat di hati penggemar tapai ubi.

dear teammate, 14 weeks of our hard work and efforts will be memories for a lifetime.. thanks for every single things we had gone through.. we're like family, we're like brother and sister to each other.. in shaa allah, our friendship will last longer..
